– 1st prize: $75.00 gift card to favorite restaurant or veterinary services
– 2nd prize: $50.00 gift card to favorite restaurant or veterinary services
– 3rd prize: $25.00 gift card to favorite restaurant or veterinary services
Rules:
You may enter multiple animals but only one winner per household. Digital images and pictures may be posted on our website or social media.
You must include name of pet, owner’s name and contact phone with pictures. You do not have be a patient of Cornerstone AH to enter the contest!
